Working Principle
The self-styled refueling gun has an independent and closed pressure-sensitive working system integrated with the gun body. When the main valve of the oil gun opens and the high-speed oil flows through the return valve, due to the special structural design of the return valve assembly, a negative pressure will be generated inside the pressure-sensitive system. pressure. Under normal working conditions, the negative pressure of the pressure-sensing system will be continuously supplemented by gas through the vent pipe located in the oil outlet pipe, so as to maintain the air pressure above and below the pressure-sensing diaphragm in a basically balanced state. When the filling liquid level rises and the vent pipe is closed (the container is full at this time), the negative pressure in the pressure sensing system will rise rapidly, and the air pressure on both sides of the pressure sensing diaphragm will lose balance (the upper part is negative pressure). The diaphragm will drive the switch clip to move to the negative pressure side to disengage the trigger, so that the refueling gun completes the self-sealing closing action within 0.3 seconds.
Installation and Commissioning

The self-styled refueling gun is packed in two layers, inner and outer. After opening the inner package, the customer should carefully check whether the product has inspection certificates, instructions and other accessories, and check whether the indicated specifications, models, threads and other parameters are consistent with the customer's purchase requirements. Install
Before the final installation, manually switch the fuel gun 2-3 times at a constant speed to check whether its action mechanism is normal.
When connecting, first fix the oil pipe joint with a tool, and then use both hands to pull the gun body to tighten. After tightening, check whether there is medium leakage at the joint under the nominal pressure.
Debugging
Insert the oil outlet pipe of the fuel gun into the fuel tank port, and the insertion depth is not less than 2/3 of the total length of the oil outlet pipe. After starting the fuel dispenser, open the oil gun and let it complete no less than 2 self-sealing actions in each gear (from a small The flow rate starts), and if there is no liquid overflow from the mouth of the container after the Galaxy oil gun is self-sealing, it can be considered that the product performance is normal, and the oil gun can be put into normal use. If the oil gun does not self-sealing or self-sealing is slow at the beginning, you can use your fingers to block the pressure-sensing hole at the front end of the oil outlet pipe, open the oil gun and let it complete 5-8 self-sealing actions, and the self-sealing system of the oil gun can be returned to normal.
Precautions
1. Self-proclaimed series oil nozzles cannot be used for filling operations of other types of media except light oil. Such as: heavy oil, acid, alkali and other liquids;
2. The thread of the oil inlet of the fuel gun can only be connected with the oil pipe joint with the same thread. If the thread standard is different, the seal will not be achieved, and the threads on both sides will be easily damaged or even the gun body will be broken.
3. The thread of the conical body is sealed by the thread part. When installing, an appropriate amount of sealing packing should be tied to the thread of the joint. The thread of the flat body is sealed against the flat part, and an O-ring is installed at the root of the thread of the joint, so there is no need to add filler to the thread during installation.
